Oh remember these books and many others. Y'know as much fun as we're having here on the internet I find I can't help feel nostalgia for earlier times---I think I ran off a post about it briefly last year. There was such a thrill when as a young I find my way to such fascinating operations like Lee's Mardis Gras in New York City. The way i remember it last, she had two locations---one spot downtown in the meat packing district and the other also way on the west side beyond the Deuce. The midtown location held a huge array of magazines and books like Forced Womanhood---(Centuarians Press or something right?) Titles like Transvestites in Bondage, Female Mimics International, TV Scenes, Transformations, millions of one-offs most pages comprised of B/W personal ads over which I'd pore for hours, many of those images still burned into my brain after all these years. Bought my first pair of real stilettoes at Lee's downtown location. It was exciting to be slipping around aquiring all this faggot jack off gear clandestinely back when NOONE KNEW! Trying on dresses in various girl's closets when I was left alone in their rooms--naughty naughty! Nowadays...that innocent, shameful thrill is gone.
